Girls on the Run 5K
Girls on the Run of Southeast Michigan held their last run of the school year Sunday at the Ellen Thompson Women’s Health Center on the campus of Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital. “(The race) was amazing, we have great weather, great girls and double the participants of last year” said Program Coordinator Lisa Gizzi. This year, the race had more than 1,000 girls and more than 2,000 total participants. Participants ran around St. Joseph and returned to a live DJ, moon bounce and other fun inflatables.

More than 2000 participants run from the starting line at the Girls on the Run 5K Sunday at the Ellen Thompson Women's Health Center on the campus of Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital. All proceeds from the race go to Girls on the Run and their scholarship program, which will offer partial or full funding for anyone in need.

Thanks Jeffrey for posting the picture of Sidney. Looks like Max didn’t make it into the picture. The kid at the top of the slide is someone else. All three of our kids were excited to see there names on your blog.
Thanks again,
